It is the customer's responsibility to read the terms and conditions carefully before placing orders.
We may take as long as up to 45 days to fulfill an order if the styles chosen are not in stock, due to daily orders. However, you will be notified if this applies to your order. Also, you are responsible for requesting insurance on any shipment.
CapBanks will accept exchanges under the following conditions :
- Incorrect Item Received
- Arrived Damaged
Please note that the customer is responsible for all S&H charges incurred for returning any products.
- Simply email us or call, than we will send you the address where you ship back your package.
- You must include the original invoice with the items you are exchanging. Make sure to specify on the invoice the reason for exchange. If you choose to have your items exchanged, please note the exact item you are looking for. Please be advised that after the initial exchange, there will be no further exchanges.
Shipping & Handling
All orders can be shipped with the following options :
You will receive an email notification the day your order has been shipped with a confirmation of shipment and a tracking number.

In most cases an order will be shipped the same day if the order is sent by 1:00PM PST. Otherwise it will be shipped the next business day. All orders placed after Friday 10:00AM PST, will be shipped the following Monday.
All shipments are Freight Collect or C.O.D money order / cashier's check
California State law requires us to charge sales tax on all orders sent within the state of California. If you are a reseller, you must fax us your reseller certificate from the State of California and you will not be charged any sales tax.

If your bank does hold you liable, CapBanks.com will cover the entire liability, up to the full $50.00. CapBanks.com will cover this liability only if the unauthorized use of your credit card resulted through no fault of your own from purchases made at CapBanks.com while using the secure server.
In the event of unauthorized use of your credit card, you must notify your credit card provider in accordance with its reporting rules and procedures.
CapBanks.com reserves the right to cancel any order that appears suspect or fraudulent. All fraudulent transactions will be reported to proper authorities.
